From October 2023 – July 2024 LOOKOUT partnered with the Crew Club for a new music project ‘Hawk Sounds’, a new music project in Whitehawk at the Crew Club music studio for young people aged 13-19 offering weekly free open access music sessions, weekly supported production, writing, recording sessions and studio time along with specialist workshops and talks from professionals working across the music industry.
LOOKOUT curated a series of industry-led workshops & talks from a range of creatives working within the music industry. Topics covered included vocal looping, beatboxing, rap, spoken word, DJ’ing, Management and PR, merchandise, programming, promoting, shooting & editing a music video.
